Job Title: HR Executive (Fresher)
Location: Mumbai,
Job Summary: The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR function within the organization, ensuring that HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented effectively and efficiently. This role will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure that the HR function operates smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews
Manage employee on-boarding and orientation, ensuring that new hires receive the necessary training and resources to succeed in their roles
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Assist in the management of employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and grievances
Assist in the implementation and management of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring that they comply with local and federal employment laws and regulations
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports
