HR Operations, Generalist, Recruitment, Admin, Payroll & Statutory Compliance & Documentation
HRMS Software Tasks
Issue HR emails & letters
Recruitment Calling (50+ calls in a day)
Events Management
Induction & Training
Employee Grievances and Exit formalities
Key Skills
Fluent English Communications, HR & Recruiter, HR manager, HR Executive, HR Coordinator, HR
Required Experience and Qualifications

*Minimum 2 yrs of Experience in HR Operations, Generalist activities, Recruitment, Admin, Payroll & Statutory Compliance & Documentation*
Very good English communication(written and verbal)
Age limit: between 25 to 35
Available for full time- (10 hrs shift) flexible shift
Should be from Navi Mumbai only
Own Vehicle for traveling (Home to the office)
MBA/PGDM/Certification in HR Management
Smart, tech Savvy, Punctual and Sincere
