Roles and responsibilities
Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to attract candidates for non-IT positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics.
Coordinate in employee engagement activities.
Salary negotiation & Onboarding.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree with prior experience in HR (Preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel).
Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
