About this role
We have an opening for HR executive with our client a leading Oil & gas company to join their growing organization;
Initial 6 months this would be on Brunel India Pvt Ltd;
Payroll and post 6 months the client will absorb the candidate based on Individual performance.
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Human Resource Development/ Business Management/ equivalent and minimum 7 years of human resource experience;
Wide knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines;
Fully knowledgeable and familiar with Indian Employment & Labour Ordinances and associated laws;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to analyse data and provide recommendations;
Fluent in the use of Microsoft office application;
Excellent written and spoken in English and Hindi. Working knowledge of other national dialects is a strong advantage.
