JOB DETAILS
Recruitment – Co-ordinate job postings, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
· Assist with employee onboarding, co-ordinating with departments for Induction and Orientation.
· Preparing Offers, Appointment letters and other documents, as required.
· Employee Records / File Management.
· Assist in preparing and updating HR Policies.
· Tracking attendance, updating leave records, salary processing etc.
· Preparation of reports / analytics.
· Office Administration – Handling office supplies, co-ordinating with facility management services for housekeeping related tasks.
Employee engagement – Assist HR Head in organizing events, birthday parties, picnic and other employee engagement activities.
· Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in handling HR and Admin related tasks.
· Strong Organizational skills, time management with attention to detail.
· Should understand the need to prioritize and multitask, as required.
· Should be willing to adjust in a fast-paced start-up environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws and regulations and/or willing to learn.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
· Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
