JOB DETAILS
The Executive - Human Resource will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department from hiring to exit, assisting payroll, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices
1) End to end HR operations :
Check & verify Payroll Input sent to payroll
Check deductions in employee salary related to Late/coming early going/ regularization/ applications rejected,pending, not done
Oversee Employee life cycle management from Entry ( Induction) to Exit ( Separation) as per policy and process .
End to end management of Mediclaim Insurance across the group
MIS and Dashboards
Monitor for any deviations in TAT through MIS & develop action plan to resolve the gaps with BU HR
2) POSH & grievance management
3) ISO Audits- Monitor and oversee timely update of all documents pertaining to ISO requirement
4) Communication & Engagement end to end
5) Policies & SOP management:
Create individual Policy Documents & Employee Handbooks
Managing Group Presentation & BU presentations
End to end Audit for the department.
6) PMS Framework & implementation
7) Preparing Annual Budgets, Annual Calendars
8) New HR interventions
9) LMS interventions & Developmental Initiatives
Required Skills & Abilities:
