Position - Executive/Sr. Executive/Officer - HR Compliance
Job Locations- Belapur, Navi Mumbai
Educational Qualification - Graduation in any stream
Minimum work experience - 1 Year in PF/basic HR compliance
Total openings- 9Roles & responsibilities:
To handle all Payroll & Establishment related compliance activities of clients i.e. PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc.
Ensure timely remittance of Statutory payments, timely filling of EPF monthly contribution.
Ensure UAN for new employees are created on time.
Assist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections and inspection by authorities.
Proactive follow up with back office for timely submission of invoice to clients.
Coordinate with clients to solve all queries related to compliances.
Any other tasks assigned by the reporting Manager.
