Responsible for End-to-End IT Recruitment Process.
Sourcing & Screening - From the Job portals, Social Medias, linked-in, internal data base, Employee Referrals, Mass mails.
Shortlisting candidates sourced through Portal (Naukri/Monster/Times job/LinkedIn) and validate them on their experience and job role.
Scheduling interviews in co-ordination with the business hiring manager and closing the requirements.
Salary Negotiations.
Managing the stakeholders of various Department of IT- Technology, Software Development, IT Infra, Information Security, Risk and Compliance.
Maintaining Daily reports and Recruitment tracker.
Knowledge of Offer Management will be an added advantage.
Building strong relationship with Leaders and Key decision maker to optimize the business success through HR initiatives.
Grooming and motivating the junior team members to close the position with minimal support.

Incorporated as AGS Infotech Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 in 2002, AGSTTL started providing banking automation solutions in India in 2004.
