JOB DETAILS
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Responsible for smooth on-boarding of new employees.
Organize and maintain personnel records (hard and soft copies).
Prepare HR documents like employment contracts and letters required.
Create regular reports and presentations as per requirement.
Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (Employee Details,Bank Account Numbers).
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, trainings, surveys etc) .
Arrange for travel and accommodations as per requirement.
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
Proven work experience of minimum 3 years as an HR Executive.
Should have hands on experience of working in Spine Software
