JOB DETAILS
Main duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative part:
Arranging for meeting rooms, office set up, timesheet & leave records, Office equipment & furniture, etc.
Supervise administrative management in office.
Keep track & Order office supplies and preparing payment vouchers for office supplies and expenses (water, drinking water, electricity, telephone, photocopy, stationery, monthly phone cards etc).
Orientate new staff on systems related to office administration procedures.
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Human Resources part:
Help in making appointments with short-listed candidates for interviews
Send response messages to unshort-listed applicants
Assist in updating the HR filing system
Assist in issuing / drafting offer letters, Exit forms, revision letter etc.
Required education, skills and qualities
Education:
Any Graduation
Professional Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of work experience as in administration.
Good in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook)
Good inter-personal skills
Good in written and spoken English
