Job description
We are looking for an HR Executive to undertake all hiring activities, right from job vacancy analysis to interviewing candidates and closing hires
As a HR Executive, youll be ideatingnew strategies to increase efficiency in the hiring process, ultimately responsible for talentacquisition in a hyper-growth startup
Responsibilities
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Responsibilities
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Address employee queries about benefits (like the number of remaining vacation days)
Participate in organizing company events and careers days
Qualifications
Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus
Experience with MS Office
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Organizational skills
Fluent in English, desired
