Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for End to End Recruitment of staff at schools, teaching and Non-teaching at Podar International Schools
Take care of all Talent Acquisition activities of Vidarbha region schools.
Sourcing, Screening, Bulk calling, Telephonic Interviews, Co-ordinating with Principals, HODs for arranging and smooth conduct of Interview etc
Working and exploring on various job sources and maintain Candidate databases and Applications tracking etc
Support HR team in Recruitment and Recruitment Operations of the assigned region
On Boarding and Induction formalities
Offers and negotiation
All other relevant assignments and duties assigned from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possess relevant qualification and experience of min 2 to 5 years in Recruitment and recruitment operations
Knows Talent Acquisition activities thoroughly with an eye for details
Good in verbal and written English Communication skills
Go getter, confident, well learned individual, long term, committed and smart worker
Open to relocate, travel need based and willing to join immediately can apply
Preferably Male candidates can apply
