Responsibilities:
Work with a HR executive to over the company Human Resource Department
Work with HR executives for Hiring, Recruitment, onboarding, compensation and salary negotiation, evaluation for candidates
Develop and implement HR Policies and strategies based on multiple company guidelines
Developing compensation and benefits plans
Helping in preparing payroll in excel
Oversea HR Policy and make improvement based on incidents
Employee Grievance Handling
Employee Expense Review and Control
Employee exit process handle
HR information management using workflow created .
Required Candidate profile
Compliance with organization regulations
Excellent active listening
Gender: Male
Worked in HR executive position for move then 2 years consistently and handled end to end HR process.
