Job description
HR IT Recruiter must conduct thorough interviews in order to gauge the suitability of the candidate for the position. Other duties of the medical recruiter may include:
Desired Skills:
Expertise in HR policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge in hiring process.
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
The candidate should have good communication networking skills
Problem solving skills and must be willing to tackle new challenges.
The candidates should have worked on recruitment, headhunting, sourcing in Software industry

Multi task and on foot thinker.
Key Responsibilities: -
1. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
2. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
3. Execute all policies and processes for smooth functioning of HR function
4. Employee on boarding, joining formalities for new joiners.
5. Handling employee database and maintain personal files.
6. Leave and attendance management.
7. Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
8. Handling exits and full and final settlement.
9. Implement all tools for automation and continuous improvement
10. Coordinate with internal team to meet all assigned targets
11. Manage external vendors for Recruitment support
