Job description HR IT Recruiter must conduct thorough interviews in order to gauge the suitability of the candidate for the position. Leave and attendance management. 7. Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management. 8. Handling exits and full and final settlement. 9. Implement all tools for automation and continuous improvement 10. Coordinate with internal team to meet all assigned targets 11.
