1 Responsible for complete Talent Acquisition process
2 Interact with all departmental heads and team leaders, understand their grievances and resolved it
3 Responsible for complete Joining formalities
4 Arrange various employee engagement activities
5 Will be responsible for HR Strategies and implementing the same within the organization
6 Update all employees data on ERP on time
7 Make sure that all attendance related data of the employees are updated in time
8 Processing salary on monthly basis
9 Maintaining MIS Report keeping track of all departmental MIS Report
10 Preparing Analysis report from all MIS report
11 Identify the need of training and accordingly arrange the same in time
12 Responsible for executing the full and final settlement process of resigned employees
Desire Profile
1) Good Communication , Have experience in IT recruitment & post recruitment both
2) Should be from western line
3) Preferred Language - Gujarati or any south Language or North language (Except Marathi & Hindi)
