Our 12-month graduate program offers Global HR technical training, on-the-job coaching, and support from our People Experience & Development team. An opportunity to progress in the role will be available at the end of the programme, based on performance. The programme provides a comprehensive understanding of employee lifecycle activities. You will be responsible for various aspects, including: Managing the hiring and onboarding process, from sourcing candidates to preparing offer documentation. Handling employee job changes through the HR system. Assisting with payroll inputs and benefits administration for Finance. Conducting offboarding procedures for departing employees. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to specialize in one of the expert areas of HR, such as Reward, People Development, or HR Business Partnering. To broaden your experience, HR graduates can participate in a secondment with the Finance team, which allows for the development of analytical skills and commercial acumen. Qualifications What should you bring with you? Technical Skills: Preferred qualification of a bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluent in spoken and written English. Previous HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting, is advantageous. Proficiency in data analysis. Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is beneficial. Behavioral Skills: Demonstrates excellent teamwork abilities. Quick learner with a flexible approach to work. Proven track record of delivering results effectively and efficiently. Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
