JOB DETAILS
Organize, maintain and regularly update all HR related databases, files, reports, etc.
Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees and keep employee handbook up-to-date.
Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with Management.
Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
Prepare and process monthly attendance calculation, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
Implement and administer performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines.
Maintain records of employee insurance and ensure timely processing and follow up.
Review and screen resumes, conduct recruitment interviews, provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
Facilitate newcomers joining formalities
Attend to grievances or queries that any of the employees have and escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.
Initiate and implement any necessary changes to help boost worker productivity (better assessment processes, incentive programs etc.)
Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws
Complete any tasks as instructed by Management and / or HR Manager.
