Female candidates with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience (MBA in HR preferred)
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Very strong MS Office and computer skills.
Strong ability to follow schedules, multitask and work within timelines.
Hands-on experience with HRIS or HRMS.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication skills.
