Research on newer hiring platforms and hiring strategies
· Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, meet up etc)
· Promote jobs through the social media channels
· Conduct various employee engagement activities
· Posting jobs on all the relevant portals & mediums
· Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview/ assignment process
· Keeping track of recruiting metrics and maintaining the recruitment database
· Maintaining and regularly updating employee database
· Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
· Develops engaging, creative & innovative content for promoting the Company brand on various social media channels
Skills Required
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. Excellent written communication and verbal skills
3. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media best practices
4. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
5. Highly motivated and must be willing to take responsibilities
