1.Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
2.Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
3.Administering appropriate company assessments
4.Performing reference and background checks
5.Making recommendations to company hiring managers
6.Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
7.Following up on the interview process status
8.Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure
staffing goals are achieved
9.Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
10.Staying current on the companys organization structure, personnel policy,
and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
11.Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry
associations
12.Completing timely reports on employment activity
13.Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
1. Preferred MALE candidates.
2. Good communication skills.
3. working experience in both IT and Non IT Recruitment as well as some knowledge in operations
