Job description
Responsibilities-
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes through various channels such as Job listing websites, Linked-in, recruitment consults
Conduct employee onboarding and handhold the Employee through the initial stages of lifecycle to enable smooth transition into the organization
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Help organize training development initiatives
Lias with employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities
Assist in coordination for quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Assist in gathering data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Work on improving the metrics with guidance from the seniors
Monthly Payroll processing, attendance and leave management
HR Vendor management contracts negotiation and renewals
Accountability :
Responsible for maintaining all employee documentation
Responsible for maintaining the training records and coordinating with Teams and TLs for completion
Responsible to managing the employee engagement calendar and ensuring NPS of 7+
Requirements
Skills
Knowledge of talent acquisition
Experience as an HR Generalist
Experience with Documentation management,
Knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Grey HR) will be a plus
Background of Employee Life cycle handling with a focus on employee engagement,
Excellent communication and people skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
