Handling Recruitment cycle and must be aware of all the hiring methods.
Act as the point of contact between the stakeholders (employees) and the management with discretion and confidentiality.
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system (Employee Record Keeping).
Looking after all the activities of the HR department during the employee life cycle including the issue of various letters from time to time.
Managing the calculation and salary of employees (Payroll Management).
Creating, assigning, maintaining the entries in the Punch Track system (Attendance & Leave Management).
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and completely with them.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques and maintaining a strong database of applicants (Applicant Tracking System).
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees. (Training and development)
Manage employees’ grievances and carry employee engagement activities as and when required (Employee Relations).
Assisting in the smooth onboarding of employees that includes opening of salary accounts (Employee Onboarding).
Ensuring appropriate exit of employees from the company, and compliance of all formalities in this regard.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department as and when any task comes up.
Maintaining smooth functioning with the HR Manager.
