Keeping a track of employee salaries, promotions, confirmation, variable and/or bonus
Employee Development
Accessing training needs and organising quarterly training programs
Conducting monthly meeting with all the employees to understand their problems and resolve them
Driving the annual performance management and appraisal process for the company
Talent Acquisition and New Joining
Creating, updating Job Description for employees
Reaching out to prospective candidates for new positions
Managing the interview process including arranging interviews over phone, skype or in person for new candidates
Helping new employees with all documentation required including offer letter, employment letter or any other documents
Screening and Checking credentials of new employees before joining in
In case required contacting educational institutions or other centres for new candidates
Organizing an induction and training program for all employee with different departments
Miscellaneous
Providing help in organising internal and customer facing events
Managing travel desk for the top management
