Responsibilities:
Working for In-house Recruitment.
Taking care of on boarding activities,
Arranging ID, work stations, email id etc
MIS preparing.
Supporting Business Process in End to End HR Activities (Interview coordinator )
HR Support in scheduling interviews for candidates - telephonic, Face to Face, Video Conference with global team and organizing city drives. Efficient in handling bulk
hiring.
Meeting room reservations and video conference rooms.
Reporting of FTEs, staff list, project organograms, updates every month.
Human Resources Support - assist in recruitment, interviews, induction of new
associates, joining and exit formalities.
