We are looking for an aspirant having a zeal of learning new things and should have ability to work on challenging position. The aspirant will be SPOC and responsible for complete HR gamut. Our objective is to welcome a member with great enthusiasm with ability to grow within the organization.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of compliance (particularly employment contracts, payroll management)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
Bachelor / masters in human resources management or PGDBM in relevant field
Responsibilities:
Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Performing background and reference checks.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
Forecasting recruitment budgets.
Managing leave records of employees accordingly preparing monthly salary registers.
Performing On boarding activities for new joiners.
Managing complete lifecycles of employees.
Participating in performance evaluation programs and supporting senior authorities for execution of PMS.
Implementing and managing statutory compliances.
Escalation & grievance management.
Drafting and issuance of letter such as offer letter, appointment letters, warning letters, increment letter etc.
Coordinating with external agencies for respective services.
Handling HR software and upkeeping the same with insertions of appropriate data.
