Job description Require 2 Candidates (1- Recruitment & Generalist Profile and 1- Payroll & Compliance Profile) Recruitment & Retention 1. Posting Job Openings, Screening, Interview Line Ups, Reference Verification, Background Verification, Pre & Post Hiring Formalities 2. Joining & Exit Formalities 3. Preparing Letters (Offer, Appointment and various other letters required) 4.Verification of documents and employment screening/background verification of newly joined employees. 5. Employee On-boarding & induction. Payroll /Benefit Administration 1. Monthly attendance, Salary, compliance, Updating Scorecard & Master of employees. 2. Loan Formalities for Employees 3. Renewal & Claim settlement Process of GMC/GPA & Gratuity Policies 4. Monthly reports -Employee Masters, GMC & GPA, Gratuity, Attendance Scorecard, etc. Policy/Statutory Compliances 1. Monthly Statutory Compliance-PF/ESIC/PT/LWF /NPS. 2. Registrations/ Renewals/Payments/ Amendments/Follow ups- Shop & Establishment/LIC Gratuity/Key man Insurance. 3. HR Policies- New Policy/Amendments/Abstract 4. PT Registration (Employer & Employee) and Shop & Establishment 5. ISO Surveillance Audit (Internal & External Audit) Administrative Work 1. Front Office Management, Peon supervision, Overall supervision. 2. Support to Admin team as an when required
