Qualification: Any Graduates
Work Experience: 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience. Candidates working with a consultancy and handling NON IT profiles will also be considered for this position
Job Description (Role Responsibilities):
Recruitment & Selection:
Usage of different sources of Recruitment
Lead & Direct the recruitment process by, short listing candidates, conducting interviews Designing & publishing quality advertisements to attract suitable manpower
Devise and maintain various Recruitment related tracker
Ensure receipt & checking of daily manpower report
Generating Letters- Responsible for preparing offer letters, joining letters, Confirmation letters, and experience letters.
Handling Software Biometrics to create employee ID
Department induction with introducing key people
Handling Grievances.
Responsible for new employee issues, appointment letter, Job Description and safety gears on day one of the joining.
Create employee personal file, maintain it as per check list, and maintain employee data.
Updating the HRIS system and Update organisation chart
Admin Responsibilities:
Keep record & do filing for all expense receipts, invoices etc.
Data search for general information.
File management
