Handling Software Biometrics to create employee ID Department induction with introducing key people Handling Grievances. Responsible for new employee issues, appointment letter, Job Description and safety gears on day one of the joining. Create employee personal file, maintain it as per check list, and maintain employee data. Updating the HRIS system and Update organisation chart Admin Responsibilities: Keep record & do filing for all expense receipts, invoices etc. Data search for general information.
