Streamlining and adding value to all the HR processes & systems of the organization such as recruitment, onboarding, appraisals & exit formalities
Planning, Organising and coordinating all HR events and celebrations in the company on a sustained basis efficiently in coordination with other stakeholders
Ensuring employee satisfaction and retention using various HR techniques
Creating a great work culture and environment at the offices in Delhi & Mumbai
