JOB DETAILS
Will be responsible to manage and execute the HR systems in the organization
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management as and when required
Maintaining and ordering instant supply of office stationery, business cards, etc.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
Posting Job ads, screening and shortlisting candidates for all positions within the organization by preparing job descriptions and job adverts
Will be responsible to independently handle all Employee documentation from joining
Will be responsible to manage and execute the system and prepare code of conduct for the organization
Managing and Orienting new employees
Supervise the staff and divide responsibilities according to roles to ensure performance
Maintaining reports for all employees paid, unpaid, attendance and emergency leaves
Preparing of KRAs and Employee individual performance report with appraisal planning
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Additional office responsibilities on the need basis
