Responsibilities:
Talent and capacity building of the organization.
Manage the recruitment, selection and on-boarding process.
Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
Roll out joining documents - offer letter, appointment letter, etc.
Manage the basics of HR operations – Entry to Exit (Employee Lifecyle) and HR Compliances.
Recommend and implement employee R&R, Engagement & benefits programs .
Payroll processing, FnF settlement.
Able to prioritize and work on multiple tasks on the same day.
Requirements:
Knowledge & experience in, recruitment, compensation, employee relations, employee engagement and employee development.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods, payroll processing, FnF settlement.
Familiarity with C.V. databases, professional networks and social media.
Preferred experience in Retail, FMCG or F&B industry.
MBA is preferred

Salary: ₹550,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
