Responsibilities
Support HR Generalist activities, including recruitment, on-boarding and team welfare activities.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes by sourcing and screening profiles through various platforms.
Help coordinate interviews.
Assist in pre and post on-boarding functions that include coordination and communication with a variety of stakeholders.
Assist in conducting candidate background checks.
Support documentation tasks, such as preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and joining-related documents for new recruits.
Assist in managing employee data and records.
Provide administrative support for various HR initiatives.
Support day-to-day HR activities.
