Talent Acquisition Mangement – Coordinating with HOD on various Requirements,Drafting and posting job descriptions in relevant channels, Executive Search through Head Hunting, networking and referrals. Coordinating with placement agencies, Screening candidates through Preliminary interviews. Timely updation of Recruitment tracker.
Handling the end to end On-boarding process including new joiner document verification, record creation, imparting Induction, new joiner query resolution.Ensuring the joining and orientation formalities of new joiners and update records on HRIS. Liaisoning with the concerned depts. to ensure they are kept informed of all new hires/exits with relevant inputs
Support in the Employee Engagement activities & cross-functional communications.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Desired Profile:
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Developing own network of suitable candidates.
Attention to detail and good judgement
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills (Both written & verbal)
Good knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
