ull Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sourcing, selection and onboarding: Handle end – to – end recruitment & selection processes for leadership hiring and other positions with good negotiation skills. Follow the defined process of hiring qualified job applicants for open positions within stipulated period and match deadline. Should be able handle 2 + technical recruiters. Design and update job description. Source potential candidates from various channels (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM jobs, internal references etc.) Regular updation of open positions on website. Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com and other job portals. Assess resumes, Pre-screening shortlisted candidates and select the suitable candidates for technical interviews. Coordinate interview process with technical team, and document feedback. Complete reference and background check for new joinees. Creating company brand and awareness on networking sites. Update employee personal record in system and enable HR portal access. Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. HR operations: Assist in interpretation and upkeep of human resource policies, organizational charts and contribute to development of policies, offering individual assistance to help clarify. Managing joining formalities, releasing offer letter, relieving letter & processing full & final settlements. Maintain all employee records. To timely complete conformation – reviews and release confirmation letters. Provide leadership on people – related issues and policies across the firm. Work closely with stakeholders on different HR related matters Employee Development: Organizing training and development initiatives. Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives performance through goal settings at all levels through KRA forms. Aligning individual, department, or company goals to monitor midterm and annual performance reviews of employees and evaluating employee performance for upskilling and growth opportunities. Conducting informative sessions on performance reviews to bring clarity on objectives and expectations from the role. To create Performance improvement plan for non-performers & ensure smooth exit in case not meeting expectations. Implement strategies to develop and retain employees Documenting SOPs pertaining to HR. Experience with creating a culture of engagement, collaboration, and teamwork Promote new ideas for Employee engagement programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace. Statutory Compliance / Salary processing: Monitoring attrition and taking initiatives to curb the same. Handling statutory compliance – PF, PT, ESIC working & filling with due coordination of consultants. End to end payroll process including TDS and other statutory benefits in Paybooks. Employee Redressal Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required. Develop human resource solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action. Administration: Assist and coordinate with IT related issues. Inventory management of assets. Perform routine task required as a part of administration and support other accounts as and when required. Educational, experience, and skills requirements: Postgraduate in HR from reputed institute. Minimum 8+ years of related experience Strong team management experience must Ability to work independently on tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills Having worked in BFSI industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems. Other skills requirement: Strong team player Strong professional ethics and business etiquettes Fast learner Exceptional interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills Knowledge of best HR practices and applicable laws
