JOB DETAILS
Preparing vacancy notices and job descriptions in consultation with department heads and circulating the same
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Screen resumes and application forms
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and coordinate with respective hiring managers
Facilitating onboarding & orientation
Coordinate for exit formalities
Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
Prepare HR-related reports as needed
Participate in organizing events such as celebrations, birthdays, work anniversaries (in coordination with the leadership subgroup)
Remain updated on employment laws and regulations
Profile Requisites
Graduate in HRM or similar field, prior experience in an HR role is a plus
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases
Experience with MS Office
Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Excellent written & verbal communication
Organizational skills
