Roles and Responsibilities
Source and recruit candidates by using Database / Job portals / Social media.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
On-boarding of employees
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Conducting Aptitude and Behavioral tests as required
All Coordination and follow-up with the candidate.
While 80% will be a core recruitment role, 20% will be assigned to the HR generalist function based on performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision
High on ethics and integrity
Multitasking ability
Time Management and Effective planning skills
Strong follow-ups skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to timelines.
Qualification and Experience:
Any Graduate OR MBA in HR will be considered for this role.
1 + years of experience in a similar role who has handled recruitments Salary would be in line with the experience
