JOB DETAILS
Understand the job description / requirement shared by the client
Source and recruit candidates relevant to the job description by using databases, portals, social media etc
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Monitor and apply Hr recruiting best practices
Update the daily reporting sheet
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Candidate must be excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification: Any graduate / Mba / Pgdm in Hr
Immediate joinee will be highly preferred
Salary: Best in industry standards
