Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Conduct background checks.
Manage respective candidate pools.
Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees.
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition updates.
Work closely with the social media department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
