JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Posting Jobs, downloading resumes & screening candidates, calling candidates, coordinating for technical round of interview, coordinating with consultants, telephonic round of interviews, first level of screening, reference checks for short-listed candidates.
3) Issuing offer letters, Appointment letters to new joiners, confirmation letters, experience certificate, etc.
4) Monthly Attendance Calculation, Late Comings & Maintaining Leave records.
5) Handling certain part of statutory compliance like PF, PT, ESIC query with due coordination with Consultant.
6) Maintaining personal file of employees, maintain & updating Employee Master
7) Co-ordination and follow up with stores for all staff documentation, sending couriers, etc.
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Preferably from Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hotel, Hospitality industry
Minimum 1-2 years experience with recruitment consultants, bulk hiring preferred
Good communication & interpersonal skills
The ability to think on your feet and take initiative
Go getter & positive attitude
High on energy
