Job Role -
- Handling Joining and Onboarding formalities for the new joinees at HO
- File Creation and maintenance for Pan India employees
- Sharing documents for Background Verification and coordinating with Vendors
- Email id creation and Asset Allocation to new joinees
- Providing inputs to payroll team
- Preparing Offer Letters and Appointment Letters
- Preparing trackers and MIS
- Sourcing cvs as per requirement
