Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and facilitate the hiring process.
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documents and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Support HR activities such as performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and training programs.
Handle employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in organizing company events and activities to promote a positive work culture.
Stay updated on HR best practices and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Prior internship or relevant work experience in HR is a plus.
