Full execution of the IT recruitment process (including the job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates) —Confirming placement through proper screening, regular follow-up and good relationship with the candidates.
Ability to work with normal sourcing avenues such as Job Portals, Social Networking, References, Head Hunting etc as well as to Innovate new recruiting techniques.
- Excellent Understanding of domain/industry from a recruiter standpoint. - Excellent interpersonal skills with good written and verbal communication. a Hardcore recruiter and negotiator who can do speedy hiring- Must be able to submit qualified submissions per requirement.- Must talk to candidates in-depth about qualification, interest and genuineness.- Must be able to identify skill based sub-vendors and start building a relationship with them.- Should be able to make the HR & Admin system better for hiring, retention and efficiency.- Should be able to improve and implement systems better, adhere to the organization principles and international compliances- Must meet client-defined SLA’s (TAT, Quality, Submission format etc.).- Generate References for Hard-To-Find or Ongoing skills/Demands from the pipeline and placed candidates.- Responsiveness: Providing feedback and respond to every candidate query who has shown interest in our open demands.- Prepare and compile interview record sheet, offer letters, joining letter, onboard process. etc.- Coordinate Induction Programs for new joiners.- Understanding of labour law compliances etc.- Support employee meeting, engagement activities, answer employee concerns on HR Policies. - - Participate in employee performance review program.- Should have a good understanding of negotiating contracts, motivating employees and have a proactive approach- Should have Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively perform activities like - prospecting, scheduling client meetings, pipelining qualified requirements and generating revenue.- Should be a natural connector; able to use your natural empathic gifts to build and develop your professional network Should be process, goal and result oriented- Should have the ability to handle Administration and internal reporting to Management.Document HR processes and HR policy implementation along with payroll and administration. Co-ordination of training and development activities (when needed), ensuring Employee welfare, maintaining Leave and Attendance record, issuing of Pay slips, ESi, PF and all Regulatory compliance (as applicable).- Will be responsible of taking care of office infrastructure in IT, Civil matters, Security services, F&B operations, maintenance of cafeteria, Stationery control, attending to vendor services, admin procurement of sundry items for official purposes and payments and entire housekeeping.- Should be well versed with MS-Office and should have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
