5. Managing teams and trainings related to the same.
6. Handling salary calculation and leave management if required.
7 Should have an experience of campus hiring and conducting drives
8.Should have experience of hiring through various job portals
9. Should have experience of vendor management and should be open for client co-ordination.
10. Create and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategy for the organization.
11. Handle employee grievances when required.
12. Manage internal training programs for employees.
13. Any other work if required
14. Looking for candidates with excellent communication, team building skills (Non negotiable)
