Full Job Description
Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
Keep Job descriptions up to date and accurate for all positions
Prepare and maintain Staff records like employment contracts, confirmation letters, Appraisal & KPI documents, new onboarding documents in Digital & Physical format
Oversee attendance register and leave records of all Staff at Mumbai and Project locations
Handle & Resolve investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
Coach, counsel and discipline employees.
·Initiate, coordinate and enforce systems, policies and procedures.
Administer HR policies and procedures and its periodic updates.
Organize Staff meetings, job specific trainings for employees.
Plan & implement employee engagement, employee motivation initiatives.
Assist COO in preparing reports/presentation on HR related metrics like total number of hires by regions/departments.
Organize meetings of Governing Council members, draft agenda in consultation with COO and send to members within stipulated time, recording minutes of meeting.
Fixing Appointment with Trustees for official work, signatures etc
Vendor & Supplier management
Maintain fixed asset register project office wise and undertake periodical verification.
Ensure smooth running of administrative functions at all offices
Undertake periodical visits to Project locations.
Any other work as directed by the reporting manager from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹540,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
