JOB DETAILS
The primary role and responsibilities include:
1.Recruitment: Sourcing, screening and interviewing of desired candidates
2.Maintain Database: Attendance & Leave management
3.Joining formalities: Induction and on-boarding of the new recruits to the system and to explain them Hr policies and procedures
4.Documentation: Creation of confirmation letters, experience, relieving letter, monitor contract expiry for renewals & maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
5.Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
6.Taking care of entire admin activities.
7.Planning and execution of Engagement activities.
8.Educating employees on HR policies, procedures & benefits.
