JOB DETAILS              
Implementing different ways to promote a job opening (through job portals, social media channels and passive recruitment approaches) · Designing smart and create job descriptions for various roles. · Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals or else internal reference, headhunting. · Shortlisting the resumes based on desired skills and experience. · Conducting telephone and Personal interviews in coordination with the department heads. · Designing a monthly performance system and accumulate them to evaluate the annual performance appraisal of employees. · Preparing offer letter, employment contract, and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities and documentation. · Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events. · Preparing Final settlements, leaves, salary, and all employee benefits. · Compilation &processing of attendance data in the attendance system. · Designed Policies and Various HR Forms and Induction Program. · Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, etc. · Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation a letter, increment letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc. · Celebrations -Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other events. - Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome e-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy. · Considering employee grievances and requests and compiling them to put across the management. · Co-ordinating with Top city college for campus recruitment.
