JOB DETAILS
a) Manage hiring needs of the business by attending Recruitment Strategy Calls, reviewing and understanding job descriptions and aligning sourcing channel
b) Job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, documenting and reporting
c) Coordinating with hiring managers for the closure of the position
d) Employee Data Management
e) Coordination between various departments
f) Attendance Management
g) Oversee Daily HR operation work
h) Good organisational skills and able to pay attention to detail
i) The ability to prioritize and organised own workload with subordinates in an effective and accurate manner, while working within fixed guidelines and timelines for recruitment
j) Should be Fluent in English and Hindi.
