Job Profile:
1. Recruitment:
Meeting Recruitment targets within the specified deadline. Screening & Sorting CVs through different sources, Conducting Telephonic Interviews, Conducting Recruitment Tests, Documentation & Record keeping, Coordination for Interviews & handling end to end recruitment process. Conducting Campus Recruitment Drive across different regions to hire GETs & coordinating the entire program.
2. Induction:
Conducting Induction for all the new joinees & ensuring completion of their joining formalities & smooth absorption in the organization.
3. Performance Management:-
Ensuring timely completion of Performance Reviews as per the schedule. Deriving necessary reports through the data analysis.
4. Training:
Identifying the training needs in coordination with all HODs, planning the training programs, developing training content under supervision, coordinating the scheduled training programs, measuring the training effectiveness.
5. HR Operations:-
Handling HR Operations, MIS data management & record keeping with utmost confidentiality.
6. Employee Engagement:-
Initiating & executing various employee engagement activities in coordination with Factory HR.
7. Special Projects:-
Handling one time special projects like designing & implementation of HR & Admin Policies. Developing awareness programs & execution of the same.
