Responsible for the Hr function
• Handling full recruitment life cycle for It and Non It.
• Manage recruitment and selection.
• Sourcing suitable candidates via posting, sourcing, referrals and job portals.
• Understanding requirement and accordingly screening the apt profile and give in quality Profile.
• Sourcing profiles in different skill sets in It and Non It.
• Evaluating the profiles and conducting the initial round before forwarding the same.
• Follow ups with candidate.(Calling, Sending emails, Sms)
• Giving back up profile.
• Co-ordination with the Sr. Hr.
• Day to Day Correspondence.
• Salary discussion and negotiating with hired employees.
• Maintain Daily Ms
