Job description
The person who has done senior level recruitment, middle management level to junior role hires.
Knowledge of process and executive search firms, RMS is essential.
Somebody who has done high volume recruitment will be an added advantage.
Recruitment experience in the financial services industry is essential (broking, asset management, banking, insurance, etcetera).
The person should have about 2-3 years experience in a similar position as HR Executive
He/she should have handled recruitment which will be the major part of his/her job role, apart from other HR job responsibilities.
