Guiding and directing the overall provisions of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Oversee Recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, change management and training programs for the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Selection
1. Manage the recruitment and selection process
2. Forecasting the future business requirements with respect to Manpower and planning for the same
3. Inducting right talent in the workforce
4. Seamless Onboarding and Induction of new incumbent
Learning & Development
1. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for identifying, planning, delivering and measuring learning and development
2. Manage training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on
3. Ensure control of training and development expenditure within agreed budgets
4. Liaise with other managers to understand all necessary aspects of their learning and development needs, and to ensure they are fully informed of corporate learning and development objectives
5. Succession plan and ensure training is aligned to support the plan.
6. Develop training and communications materials to support learning and development needs.
7. Ensure training activities meet and integrate with company strategies and policies
8. Write and deliver training lessons to continue personal development of Line Managers throughout the company
9. Manage the organization and delivery of company induction sessions, including writing and delivering the presentations.
10. Develop an Academy approach to the design of a behavioral competency framework and Learning Programs that support each job level with the business.
Talent Management
1. Ensure accurate and written job descriptions with clear job accountabilities, reporting structures and career paths
2. Working with the business to develop the design and architecture of the organization. Advising on, business specific OD interventions e.g. organization restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, After Action Reviews. Understanding and developing the health of the organization and the culture
3. Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent programs and supporting the overall development of capability across the organization.
4. Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Plan
5. Affectively design and communicate the HR policies
6. Design R&R framework across all job levels and grades
